These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at nuiform.com (the "Site"), operated by Nuiform, Inc. ("Nuiform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site describes Nuiform and our services. The content is provided for general informational purposes. Nothing on the Site is an offer to perform services, a guarantee of any outcome, or professional, legal, financial, or technical advice you should rely on for a specific decision.
Reading the Site or sending us an email does not make you a client of Nuiform and does not obligate either of us to anything. A consulting engagement begins only when Nuiform and a client sign a separate written agreement describing the scope, fees, and terms of that work. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement controls for that work.
The Site lets you reach us by email. When you contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and not to send unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. Information you send is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through an initial email — wait until we've put an appropriate agreement in place.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to view the Site for your own informational use. All other rights are reserved. Product names, logos, and trademarks of third parties referenced on the Site (including those of Anthropic) belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement of or by Nuiform unless expressly stated.
The Site may reference or link to third-party products, services, or websites. We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content, practices, or availability. References to third-party technologies describe tools we work with; they don't imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement unless we expressly say so.
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NUIFORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Nuiform agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. (Nuiform's internal corporate affairs are separately governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, its state of incorporation.)
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Nuiform regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior understandings on that subject.
