This Privacy Policy explains how Nuiform, Inc. ("Nuiform," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the website at nuiform.com (the "Site"). We've tried to keep it short and plain, because the Site itself does very little with your data.

1. Who we are

Nuiform, Inc. is a Delaware corporation operating an AI consulting business. For any privacy question, you can reach us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We collect very little through the Site:

• Information you send us by email. The Site's contact links open your own email application addressed to us. If you choose to write, we receive your email address and whatever information you include in your message — for example, your name and a description of what you're working on.
• Basic technical data handled by our service providers. Like most websites, when your browser loads our pages, certain technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) is necessarily processed by the infrastructure providers that deliver the Site. See "Third-party services" below.

We do not use our own analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on the Site, and we do not ask you to create an account.

3. How we use information

We use the information you send us only to:

• respond to your inquiry and correspond with you;
• evaluate and, where relevant, discuss potential work together; and
• keep records of our communications.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Third-party services

The Site relies on a small number of third-party providers that may process limited technical data on our behalf:

• Hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare). Our hosting and security layer processes connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the Site.
• Web fonts (Google Fonts). The Site loads typefaces hosted by Google, which may involve your browser contacting Google's servers and exposing your IP address to them in the process.
• Email. When you email us, your message is handled by our email provider.

Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy terms. We don't control their practices, but we've kept the list deliberately small.

5. Cookies

The Site does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies. Our infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to deliver and secure the Site. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

6. How long we keep information

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of our communications and any resulting business relationship, after which we delete or archive it. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time (see "Your choices").

7. Your choices and rights

You can email us at [email protected] to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or applicable U.S. state privacy laws; we will honor those rights to the extent they apply to you. Because we collect so little, most requests are simple to fulfill.

8. Children

The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
